MAIN PURPOSE

The role of the Marketing Executive, NARS Cosmetics and Drunk Elephant, will play a critical role in supporting Marketing Manager on initiatives to ensure the brand\'s objectives are met. The ideal candidate represents both the NARS and Drunk Elephant brand, is a creative, detailed, outgoing individual, with hands-on experience with event planning and an eye for beauty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Public Relations

• Assist the Marketing Manager to plan and execute public relations strategies for the brand
• Organize and execute promotional events
• Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, makeup artists
• Track and measure PR results
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Work closely with agency partners to execute PR campaigns
• Represent the brand at industry events

• Support the Marketing Managing by developing event concepts and proposals, to achieve brand ambition and objectives
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, ensuring events are aligned with brand guidelines
• Coordinate with third-party vendors
• Track and measure event results

• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans for all channels, ensures visual merchandising instore meets brand guidelines, reflects new launches and discontinuations in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, to create traffic stopping displays within the given budget

• Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication or related field
• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• Keen interest in cosmetics is a MUST
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Photoshop and graphic design a plus
• Learning agility and proven speed in picking up skills quickly
• Well organized, detailed, with a strong sense of urgency and good time management skills
• Self-motivated team player committed to work in a fast-paced retail environment
