Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



1. Support project team and perform administrative duties (eg: data entry, maintaining and compiling records).


2. Assist with organizing, filing, and managing important project documents and records.


3. Handle requisition from project team and process purchase orders within required time.


4. Issue and follow up purchase orders and delivery orders.


5. Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.





Job requirements:



1. Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; fresh graduate welcome to apply.


2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


3. Comfortable working in site office environment.


4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.


5. Able to work independently.


6. Organized, detail-oriented, multitask, priorities and meet the deadlines as needed.


7. Commitment to a 5.5-Day Work Week.
