Acquisition aspirations with added services Altrad Services - Singapore The Altrad group of companies has been active in Singapore since acquiring the Cape, Hertel, Kok Chang and FRP Products brand throughout the years. In this location the local business currently provides multiple services direct to blue chip clients across the Mechanical, Insulation, Scaffolding and Protective Coatings disciplines, and the addition of other core service capabilities is being targeted by this locally growing business. Currently, the business operates from a combined office and workshop premises in Jurong, with various site offices on Client sites from which its 1,500 Employees deliver our daily operations. The Role Submission of Claims and Invoices Handling enquiries and requests with workers, client and suppliers Updating of Time Sheet and attendance record for workers Issuing of internal order via ERP System Maintain filing system Ensuring all worker's Work Permit, Certificates and Passport are renewed timely Application of Bukom Island and Visitor Pass Perform invoicing, administrative and office support activities Handle requests for information and data Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Prepare project sites daily reports Coordinating and Supporting Logistics Department with delivery and transport Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management Benefits in Addition to Basic Pay In addition to the attractive basic pay and the opportunity to live and work globally, the successful candidate would enjoy comprehensive benefits, detailed as follows: Personal Performance Based Annual Incentive Payment (AWS) Participation in the companies annual Short Term Incentive Bonus Program Travel assistance (when located at head office) Inpatient & Outpatient Medical coverage Dental coverage Flexible Working arrangements (when located at head office) Mobile Phone allowance (when allocated) Study assistance Annual & Medical leave allowance
