Job Description

15 Petabyte of data hosted, 49 countries supported, 15000 servers and thousands of devices to connect locations and businesses. As Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role to cover strategic business partner role to NTO sites in Singapore, located in Tuas and lead the team on site to ensure stable IT operations, delivery global initiatives on site, represent TT in CTS community, integrate site into wider global TT landscape and support M&A activities on site.

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performs data analysis, identifies business needs, defines requirements, documents process and procedures,

and advise on the ways to be more efficient.

• Create new models based on understanding of how data-driven changes to process, product, services, software,

and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems,
identifying gaps in existing functionality, opportunities, and solution recommendations.

• Develop project or product rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility.
• Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources

to deploy solution. Develop estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities,
investment horizon, etc.)

• Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services

or products. Ensure the overall user experience is at the center of the design for new solutions and services and
support super user training.

• Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation.

Support validation and testing as appropriate and endure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and
procedures within Service Delivery scope.

• Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management

and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), TT Service Portfolio and industry best
practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions, and
services wherever applicable

Minimum requirements

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of working directly with IT.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis skills/experience.
• Experience in SAP, MES, CDS and other support application.
• Experience in Stakeholder Management.
• Experience in Pharma Industry is an added advantage
• Knowledge of GMP and/or ITIL is an added advantage
