Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site works
Prepare method statements, drawings and material submissions
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
Coordinate with various trades (plumbing, electrical, tiling, waterproofing, carpentry)
Assist in progress reporting and documentation
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Building, Civil or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2-5 years of relevant site experience in A&A or upgrading projects
Knowledge in civil & structural and architectural works
