Job Responsibilities1. Site Coordination & Supervision
Ensure all site works are carried out correctly and in accordance with the
designer's and architect's intent
, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate daily site activities and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Supervise and follow up with subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper workmanship and timely execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with building regulations.
2. Project Planning & Progress Monitoring
Monitor overall project progress to ensure works are on schedule and projects are completed on time.
Identify potential delays and implement
corrective or preventive measures
where necessary.
Assist Project Manager in preparing and updating work schedules, site reports, and progress documentation.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Manage and maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, submissions, certifications, and inspection records.
Prepare daily reports, photo documentation, manpower logs, and site checklists.
Ensure compliance with all
safety protocols, site safety guidelines, and statutory regulations
.
4. Material & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and site logistics to ensure timely availability of resources.
Check and verify materials delivered against purchase orders.
Liaise closely with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth site operations.
5. Stakeholder Communication
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Attend site coordination meetings and relay instructions to relevant parties.
Provide updates to the Project Manager and highlight critical issues that require attention.

Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in renovation / construction industry, preferably in
residential projects
.
Able to read and understand
architectural drawings
, detail drawings, and familiar with architectural finishes.
Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred
, as role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and vendors.
This position requires a 6-day work week (Mon-Sat).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
