To manage and coordinate site involving archi and structural works.
Attend site meeting and inspection
Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
Coordinates between sub-contractors / vendors / internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
Ensuring that the site works are completed with high quality standards and adhering to safety requirements throughout the project.
Check drawings, identify and resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
Help prepare as built drawings
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
