Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating site works to meet project deadlines. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and operational issues. Conduct site inspections, verify completed works, and prepare progress reports. Manage site documentation, including method statements, inspection records, and as-built drawings. Support in material requisitions, cost control, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Ensure workplace safety standards are upheld and compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities when required.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in site experience in the construction industry. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project. Hands-on exposure to structural and architectural works; experience in HDB, BTO projects is advantageous. Good knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and quality standards.
