Job Overview:


As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning, supervising, and executing construction site operations. You will ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations, while leading a team of technicians and coordinating with various stakeholders.




Key Responsibilities:


Plan and manage daily site activities to align with project timelines and company objectives. Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Perform site inspections, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when issues arise. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Inspect and verify work performed by internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Promote and enforce adherence to Singapore's Code of Practices, WSH Act, and other relevant regulations. Identify and rectify unsafe conditions or practices promptly. Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:


Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Preferably 1+ year of relevant experience in site engineering or construction management. Strong understanding of construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications. Proficient in project and site management tools/software. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and the WSH Act. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Experience in supervising and coordinating the on-site execution of works, including piling, rebar, and structural activities.
