We're Hiring :Field/Site Engineer! (Bacolod Project )JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
Ensures effective project implementation of architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing,
fire-protection, and landscaping works. Ensure day-to-day project operations are executed according to
schedule and customer requirements with financial consciousness.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervises project site including monitoring the labor force and performance of sub-contractors.
2. Reviews and implements the construction plans and specifications of the project.
3. Strictly monitoring project schedule including revision when needed.
4. Schedule materials delivery and deployment of manpower.
5. Ensures the proper implementation of set methodologies, standard quality, (workmanship and
materials), and manpower utilization.
6. Prepares progress reports in relation to project billing.
7. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
8. Resolves operational issues related to the project.
9. Ensures that all requested tools and equipment are complete in good condition and accounted for.
10. Coordinates with the client representative in terms of timelines and other matters pertaining
to the project.
11. Prepares related reports and documentation, i.e. attendance reports, incident and technical
reports, etc.
12. Maintains organized files and related documents.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Civil Engineering graduate preferably registered engineer with two (4-5) years of work experience (Fit-Out Works Mainly)
2. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.
3. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
4. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
5. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PRC License (Preferred)
