Job Description

Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work. Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program. Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works. Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors. Handle of technical and engineering problems. Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time. Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat. Supervise ongoing site activities closely. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Supervise tunneling operations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Work closely with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards in construction practices and materials used. Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Min. 3 years of working experience, preferably in LTA projects Experience in managing D/wall and Borepiling and Tunneling Projects. Experience in managing ERSS and Structure and Tunneling Projects * Experience in managing under pinning work.
