Site Engineer
to join our operations team.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring daily site activities.
Provide technical support to supervisors, foremen, and workers on project specifications and methods.
Conduct site inspections, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
Prepare progress reports, method statements, and site documentation.
Track material usage, delivery schedules, and equipment deployment.
Enforce workplace safety and health standards in line with MOM/BCA regulations.
Requirements
----------------
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant site engineering experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in site reporting and project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
Strong communication skills with ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders.
Safety-conscious, detail-driven, and solutions-oriented.
