About the Company: The company started with civil engineering contracts and progressively expanded into addition and alteration, demolition, civil engineering, and general building works. The company also has vast experience in construction of driving circuit for heavy vehicles, drainage and sewerage works, pipe laying and roadworks, as well as general building for both public and private projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and support project activities.
- Attend site meetings, inspect progress, and monitor implementation.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities involved in the project.
- Prepare project status reports and manage change orders.
- Oversee daily project operations and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Advise workers and address construction-related concerns.
- Resolve construction problems efficiently.
- Ensure quality control and enforce construction safety regulations. Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications
- Preferably at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering
- Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations.
