hands-on Site Engineer (Civil)

with strong

Singapore local site experience

, capable of managing site execution and supporting projects independently from start to handover.

Role Overview

This is a

full-time, on-site role

.
The Site Engineer will be responsible for

day-to-day site execution

, coordinating manpower, subcontractors, materials, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project delivery in compliance with local standards.

This role is strictly for candidates with proven Singapore local construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing end-to-end site activities from site setup to handover Execute daily site works according to drawings, specifications, and schedule Coordinate and supervise workers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site Monitor site progress and report daily / weekly updates Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, clients, and suppliers Ensure materials are delivered, stored, and used properly on site Liaise with local suppliers and vendors for site requirements Ensure compliance with

Singapore WSH safety regulations

Conduct quality checks for structural, architectural, and finishing works Identify site issues and propose practical solutions Support final inspections, rectification works, and handover process
Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in

Civil Engineering

Proven experience in Singapore local construction projects (mandatory)

Strong hands-on site execution experience Good knowledge of: Site preparation & groundwork Structural works Architectural & finishing works Inspection & handover processes Familiar with local construction practices, materials, and suppliers Ability to coordinate manpower and subcontractors effectively Good communication and teamwork skills Responsible, proactive, and willing to work on-site daily Strong civil engineering fundamentals with a practical site mindset
Salary

Commensurate with experience
