Job Position : Site Engineer (1pax)
Company Background: Geotechnical Engineering
Working Location : Boon Lay Way, Singapore
Working Hours: 830am ~530pm, (Mon ~Fri), 830am ~ 1230pm (Sat) alternate Sat
Salary Range : Basic ($ 3,000 ~ $ 3500) + Allowance ($600)
Benefit: 1. Variable Annual Bonus
2. Annual leave -18 days per yrs

:

• Coordinate with clients on the work schedule, planning and activities.
• Plan detailed instructions (with updated engineering drawings) on daily project activities, and monitor progress to ensure activities are executed as per project specifications.
• Assist in project cost control in line with the project budget (e.g. ensuring value-based procurement practices, optimum machine utilisation and usage of spares and scrap process compliance)
• Understand the geotechnical aspects of the project e.g. Soil Condition, CPT etc, so as to identify risk to project and to take steps to mitigate.
• Ensure all project documentation (progress reports, progress claims, daily reports, site diary, QA/QC report etc.) are submitted and follow up to ensure collection of approved documents in a timely manner.
• Submit accurate Project Finance Reports and work-related reports (e.g. Work Progress, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Practices, Equipment reports, weekly report, monthly provision, site cash etc.) in a timely fashion.
• Understand Contracts T&C to ensure adherence to the conditions of contracts.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance in execution of projects.
• Implement global HSEQ programs and initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontracts in matters of project delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Soil mechanics and ground improvement knowledge
• Must possess professional degree in Civil Engineering (recognised degree with Singapore\'s Professional Engineer Board)
• Must be able to communicate assertively to stakeholders, good English language skill a must. Must be comfortable working in a construction project site environment.
