Job Description

• The Land Development Engineer oversees and manages site activities and personnel during land development to ensure quality and on-time delivery. The position provides supervisory functions over heavy equipment operators, contractors, and other on-site personnel. The Site Engineer also provides oversight function on construction of special projects within the site. Finally, the Site Engineer performs the tasks of a Project Point Person (PPP) when assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed in Civil Engineer;
• With at least one (1) year of experience in Land Development for mass housing or at least 3 hectares;
• Highly analytical; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; Can work with minimal supervision and team player;
• Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.

Work Conditions

• 6-days work week
• Available for stay-in (free accommodation)
