Responsibilities:


Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients, consultants and sub- contractor; Ensure that project schedule is being met; Overall in-charge of project management and implementation; To prepare project monthly progress reports and work done certifications; Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.


Requirements:


Minimum diploma or above in civil engineering / building Minimum 2 years experience in building construction. * Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
