Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to plans and schedule. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution. Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Monitor quality of workmanship and conduct site inspections. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site. Track project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company procedures. Assist in planning, scheduling, and procurement activities.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 2-5 years of relevant site or project experience. Strong knowledge of construction or mechanical systems. Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software.
