:

Identify and pre-empt discrepancies. Assist Project Manager in site planning and prepare monthly progress report. Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement Prepare and submit shop drawing. Assist in the procurement of materials, plant and equipment, manpower allocation for the project. Ensure works carried out meet out quality standards and contractual requirements. Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out effectively. Submission of work claim to QS monthly. Able to work independently

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction LTA and PUB project. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course. Independent, good leadership and manpower allocation skills. * 6 days work per week.
