Oversee and manage daily construction activities on site.
Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project
To resolve any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
Ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules
Manage subcontractors' activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Supervise daily site activities.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
* Minimum 3-4 years of engineering experiences as Project Engineer/Site Engineer in construction industry of Singapore.
