Roles & Responsibilities


Monitor Construction Projects and ensure that the timeline is on schedule.


Take initiative to report to the project manager on the progress of the construction works.


Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections.


Take care of site problem-solving


Keeping of low construction wastage treshold


Liaising with main-con and sub-cons on security clearance and work progress


Co-ordinate with main-con for any site related submissions


Able to work under pressure to follow through tight schedule


Monitoring labor, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.


Supervising on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers.


Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.


Preparing work schedules.


Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed.


Requirements:


Min 5 Years working experiences


Able to work well under pressure.


Able to guide all workers.


Close supervision, Management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality Manage, vendors, contractors and Sub Con for progression of work Responsible for all the site implementation and completion towards management target, client's expectation and compliance to authorities' regulations. Responsible for the project quality and safety plan. Liaise with consultant and contractor for Green Mark certification processes Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on project. Coordinating with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects. Work closely with Engineering team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out
1?Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.


2. At least 3 year relevant experience construction.


3?Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.


4?Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.,


5?Independent, proactive positive work attitude
