Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
Overall in charge of site coordination.
Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement;
Monitor and control material wastage.
Ensure timely completion and good quality of works & carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with.
Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO
Job Requirements:
Candidate must at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Min 3 year relevant experience in the related field for this position
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance andprogress with the company.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software to streamline project processes
