Work Location:

Various project sites across Singapore (report directly to site from home)

Working Hours:

5.5 days per week

Salary:

Up to SGD 5,000 per month + Variable Bonus (VB)

1. Key Purpose of the Role

Supervise and manage site works to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve timely project delivery. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve site issues effectively.

2. Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth progress of works. Prepare and update site progress reports, inspection records, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards at all times. Provide technical support to the Project Manager and highlight potential risks or issues. Assist in resolving site challenges, variations, and technical queries.

3. Requirements

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

recognised by the

Professional Engineers Board (PEB)

or

Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore

. Minimum

1 year of relevant industrial or commercial project experience

. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Proficient in project coordination, with good problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently, handle site-based duties, and adapt to changing project locations. Candidates who can start
