Supervise and coordinate all site activities across both residential and LTA project scopes.
Interpret construction drawings (structural, architectural, and M&E) and ensure compliance with specs and regulations.
Monitor construction progress and provide timely reports on schedule, quality, and resource allocation.
Coordinate sequencing of works across multiple trades and subcontractors.

B. Project-Specific Duties
Coordinate with consultants (Architect, Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer) for timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with URA/BCA/QP-approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise architectural finishes, RC structural works, and M&E coordination on-site.
Participate in TOP/CSC preparation and documentation.
Ensure all construction works meet LTA standards, specifications, and contract requirements.
Coordinate with LTA RE/RTO and comply with Inspection Request (IR) submissions and site clearance procedures.
Conduct regular quality checks, including testing of civil works, bored piling, roadworks, drainage, and structural elements.
Support Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) works, utility diversions, and instrumentation monitoring requirements.
Prepare and submit method statements, risk assessments, and work notifications to LTA.

C. Quality Assurance
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation (e.g., inspection checklists, IR submissions).
Ensure materials delivered on-site meet quality standards and specifications.
Assist in internal and external audits (LTA, BCA, ISO).

D. Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)
Promote and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
Participate in safety audits, toolbox meetings, and ensure safe work practices are followed.
Liaise with Safety Officers to address safety non-compliance issues immediately.

E. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with project team members, consultants, subcontractors, utility agencies, and authorities (e.g., LTA, PUB, NParks, SP).
Attend site meetings and provide technical support to resolve construction challenges.
Report delays, risks, and changes to the Project Manager with proposed solutions.

F. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, manpower records, and material delivery logs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Support document control systems and digital submissions (e.g., LTA IMS, CONQUAS, BCA CORNET).
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
5-7 years of relevant experience in tunnelling Construction.
Sound knowledge of structural/civil construction methods
Familiarity with LTA, BCA, and URA regulations
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera/MS Project)
BCSS, Work-at-Height, Confined Space, and other safety-related certifications preferred
Can work Monday to Saturday, 12 shifts
* Must be able to perform day or night shifts underground on the TBM (including weekends and public holidays)
