SGD 3,000 - 4,500 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday (6-day work week)
Overtime or weekend work may be required depending on project schedule; overtime pay or time-off will be provided in accordance with company policy.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily construction site activities.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress records, and other documentation.
Handle on-site issues, variation works, and technical clarifications.
Assist the Project Manager in procurement, cost control, and project planning.
Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
Enforce workplace safety and environmental protection requirements.
Better can speak Chinese and English
