Supervise and monitor daily construction activities, such as Jet Grouting Pipe (soil improvements), deep excavation, pipe-jacking and manhole construction, to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications. Check and study construction drawings, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure they meet project and regulatory standards. Coordinate with the safety team to enforce compliance with safety regulations for all construction activities. Purchase services/utilities plan, NCE, Trial trench report, site meeting with services/ utilities officers etc... PUB system as Permit to Dig, Permit to Jack etc. and Road Opening Application (ROA). Work with consultants, subcontractors, and PUB representatives to coordinate site activities and reply to their queries in WhatsApp Group or via email. Track and report on project progress against the approved construction program and update on daily basis. Ensure quality assurance tests on materials are conducted well in advance and workmanship and conduct site inspections to ensure a high standard of work. Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily work logs, progress reports, and variations, for all construction activities.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore's Professional Engineers Board. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, particularly those involving soil improvements, Shaft excavation (both caisson and sheet pile), pipe-jacking and permanent manhole construction is highly preferred. Experience in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc..) and AutoCAD. * Possess Class 3 driving license and able to work independently.
