Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing the progress of on-site projects and evaluating construction quality.
2. Assist in the management of subcontractors, and control of materials and manpower.
3. Assist in compiling payment and acceptance documents.
4. This position requires coordination with project assignments and willingness to work overtime on-site.
5. Prior experience at TSMC plants is a plus (no experience is also welcome).
6. Requires wearing full cleanroom suits for extended periods.
Key Skills:
Strong technicial knowledge in site engineering and construction
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams
Project execution in supervising the daily activities on a construction site, including managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring work is done correctly.
