Job Description

Work Location: Marsiling, Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm Monthly Base Salary: up to $5000 + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

Oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure construction activities progress according to the approved project schedule. Accurately interpret and apply construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to guide site execution. Collaborate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to address and resolve site-related and technical issues promptly. Ensure all site works are carried out in compliance with statutory regulations, project requirements, and established quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections, monitor work progress, and maintain detailed records of daily activities. Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and as-built documentation as required to support project delivery. Assist in preparing material requisitions, performing quantity take-offs, and measuring work done for progress claims. Work closely with the Safety Officer and Project Manager to uphold site safety standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Provide timely updates to the Project Manager on work progress, potential delays, and technical challenges encountered on site. Participate in site and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.

Degree in

Civil/Structural Engineering

recognized

PEB or BCA, Singapore

Minimum

1 year

of relevant industrial or commercial

project experience Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes and safety regulations Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively. Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
