Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in site coordination, progress tracking, and quality control.
Prepare and review drawings, material lists, purchase orders, and technical documentation.
Coordinate effectively with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Participate in equipment installation, system testing, and troubleshooting.
Support cost control, safety compliance, and daily project reporting.

Requirements (Must-Have)
Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Mandarin), including technical terminology.(Necessary)
Degree in Engineering-related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services, etc.), or equivalent hands-on construction site experience.
Energetic, highly motivated, and willing to learn, with strong teamwork spirit and adaptability to site environments.
