To plan for work activities fortnightly.
To ensure smooth operation of site activities.
To Provide logistical support (site utilisation) when needed, as requested by sub-contractors.
To be the liaison for the coordination of different trades within the same discipline.
Preferably with experience handling Final Cad as an audit/inspection software.
Responsible for all on-site engineering issues pertaining to site matters.
Coordinate with sub-contractors and attend to clients queries to ensure timely work arrangements.
Involve in day to day management of site supervision of construction activity to ensure site works are carried out as per schedule
Degree/Diploma in Design/Structural/Architectural/Civil Engineering/Building Construction or any equivalent qualification
Min 5 years working experience in local project is preferred and hospital building projects is advantage.
Good team player and able to work independently
BCSS Certificate
