Job Description

• Responsible for all civil-related construction activities
• Arrange and conduct daily toolbox talk, control the labour force and/or sub-contractors with the assistance of supervisor/foreman
• Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and Quality Methods
• To plan the sequence of works, prepare weekly and monthly schedule of works based on base line program and as per project site requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report and submit to Construction Manager
• Organize tasks and properly set work priorities to reduce inefficiency and achieve maximum results
• Drive and motivate team members to high performing standards and excellence
• Liaise and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for the inspection of works and seek necessary approval from Client (i.e. LTA, QPD and QPS)
• Responsible for traffic, utility and/or diversion as and when needed in a timely and safe manner
• Control resources materials
• Undertake any other work duties as required by the project

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in infrastructure projects (preferably with Singapore Land Transport Authority MRT Station experience)
• Well verse in Microsoft Office, Autocad and Microstation
• Possess good analytical and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Contract will be 1 year renewable
