Job Description

Responsibilities: Communicate with team and take leadership of team to achieve the target schedule by collaborating with site team. Ensure that the site activities are executed in accordance with specifications. Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and identify issues in case of delay. Identify the problems and come out the measurement to overcome the problems. Liaise with the client and design consultants and subcontractors (including meeting attendance) to ensure the works satisfy their requirements. Coordinate the engineering team, assigning short and long term goals for successful completion of the target schedule. Liaise with Japan and other countries by internal network in order to introduce developed technology for productivity improvement. Inspect work sites for safety hazards and ensure that safety measures are being followedProven track record in the construction of: ? Marine civil and Land civil engineering works? Dredging Works? Coastal Revetment Works? RC Works? Earthworks? Sheet Piling Works? Requirements: Bachelor Degree or Master in Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in leading marine civil engineering works as an Engineer. Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills, and a "can-do" attitude. A great team leader, influencer and an ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A thought leader who can bring programmatic approaches to tackle complex issues both internally and externally. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to communicate articulately with consultants, and subcontractors. Having high regard for Environmental Health and Safety culture and practice. High proficient at AutoCAD, 3D AutoCAD (Revit), MS project Willingness to travel, if required.
