Job Description

Requirements:

• To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality, accuracy, and standards.
• To check all drawings, specifications, and schedule of works/bills of quantities in contract document and report for discrepancies found
• To work with and carry out the PSI Inspection works.
• To coordinate with Contractors on the execution of works
• Involved in coordination and supervisor of civil and structural engineering works
• Responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) and Work At Height for Supervisor.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• PSI working experiences are added advantage.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations imposed by the relevant authority.
• To work with and carry out the PSI Inspection works.
• Plan and arrange work schedules for our workers/subcontractors deployed at various sites.
• Attend, record, and follow up on client-initiated meetings
• Identify and forward variation orders to the relevant department
• Monitor Master Construction Schedule and Site Openings
• Monitor and Coordinate with logistics on the delivery of goods
• Monitor and report on installation progress
• Ensure proper documentation of all relevant records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on project sites/premises
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
