You will have background in monitoring progress of an architectural project and work closely with contractors to ensure the designs are being followed closely. Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth operations of daily site adminisitration as well all shop drawings, Method of Statement and relevant document submissions are in order and filled both digitally and physically where required Revision of drawings basic AutoCAD Conduct counter daily incoming and in process quality check on both Supervisor and Sub-con Check and verify Sub-con claim according to actual works on site Conduct outgoing check and prepare COC Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters, records and arrange manpower for all defect works Conduct scoring inspection for the valid unit for the hand-over Assists in cost control by cutting materials wastage, reducing labour cost, usage of tolls and equipment, etc Establishing control systems to ensure efficient functioning of structures, safe work procedure (SWP) estabilished and environment protection Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel Prepare and check SMM Plan and documentation Supervision and conduct ART to workers Document Controller at site and responsible for data entry that include but not limited to: o GRN documents for submission to Procurement o PQP update for reporting o Equipment maintenance update o Ensures proper project documentation including email communication (in accordance to BCA and ISO requirements) Discharge and any other duties as assigned by Project Manager Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Engineering Degree must be recognized by PE board At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS office. Fluent in written and spoken English. Willing to work on Saturdays
