Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Site Engineer to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Manage the overall project delivery, including the design development process, consultant appointments, authority approvals, procurement, contract administration and project reporting.
Determine project management, technical services and site management
Manage sub-con, consultant team and project stakeholders to ensure effective completion of responsibilities including project brief/scope, fees, processing claims, deliverable and / or project variations etc.
Display strong communication and negotiation skills to support the client/customer focus.
Ensure the site safety is delivered.
Assist with the timely sequencing / methodology and production of stating plans.

Requirements:

Main Contractor experienced Engineer with relevant tertiary qualifications in Architectural Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years' experience in working on construction projects.
Experience in working on construction projects in the area of planning and conceptual building design with strong understanding of modern building materials, building services systems and construction principles.
Good communication skills with ability to interact with people across all levels.
Knowledge of Construction and Property industries and an understanding of estimating, scheduling, field supervision, contracts administration, procurement and reporting.
