* Structural works with coordination interfacing with Architectural / Structure /M&E works * Monitor job progress and ensure that civilcontracted works meets all practical,commer Structural works with coordination interfacing with Architectural / Structure /M&E works Monitor job progress and ensure that civilcontracted works meets all practical,commercial, requirements of productivity,quality and contract target completions Ensure all Structural work is carried outwithin established budgets and schedules Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards. Implement and oversee site projects assigned to ensure smooth projectexecution Manage internal and external contractorswell to ensure quality of work and scope ofwork is within specifications. To coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers to executecontract works. Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out. Handling administrative work, site inspection and safety matters on site Assist in planning, schedule and technical support to PM Requirement Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and solve problems when working under pressure. At least 3 years experience in the engineering and construction industry. Proven experience in managing site works. A technical understanding of Civil & Structural and/or MEP discipline is preferred. Awareness and ensure workplace safety Able to work independently under minimum supervision Benefits & Others Medical and Dental 5.5 days work week
