- Plan and check combined services drawings, identify variation works and submit detailed cost implication to Manager
- Schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out works accurately and timely in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and conduct M&E meeting
- Identify drawing discrepancies and constantly track construction progress & schedule
- Onsite supervision & coordination with sub-contractors, main contractor and consultants
- Manpower, equipment and resource allocations
- Prepare method statement, site inspection and quality checks
