Site Facility Engineer

Job Description
$11K + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: West
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operation of facilities & Utilities are efficient and environmental friendly.
- Support strategic planning for facilities expansion.
- Be responsible for working with government agencies in engineering related matters.
- Be responsible for working with key suppliers, such as electricity, natural gas, telecommunication etc. to ensure robust supply of service and resource for site.
- Responsible for managing facilities including but not limited to facilities operation, management, calibration, and PM to ensure smooth production, R&D and other business activities at the site.
- Host client and authority inspection and audit on engineering aspects.
- Be responsible for EHS and Quality compliance of facility engineering.
- Other ad hoc project or tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
