Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to BCA standards, drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.
Check quality of workmanship, materials, and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary.
Maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports, inspection checklists, daily logs, and timesheets.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
* Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and rectification works.
