Site Manager
Mon to Fri 7.30am to 4.30pm Salary up to $4000 + AWS + VB Tuas South
Job Scope:
- Oversee operations for onsite activities such as toolcrib and vending machine management, delivery activities, return-to-vendor, non-conformance solving, etc. -
- Handle all customer enquiries, such as RFQs or back orders, and onsite problems are addressed timely. -
- Forecast customer\xe2\x80\x99s demand for indirect materials and timely communicate internally on customer\xe2\x80\x99s operational activities and needs. -
- Effectively propose and manage commercial programs, such as cost saving opportunities, through closely monitoring the customer\xe2\x80\x99s supply chain requirements. -
- Present company to the customer by arranging and participating in meetings with the customer on a regular basis or as required. -
- Partner with the internal teams to ensure world class customer service is achieved and your team always represents the company brand to the highest level. -
- Ensure compliance with company\'s sales and operations policies and procedures. -
- Create an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and collaboration, both internally and externally. -
- Build your team\'s capabilities
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline -
- Deep knowledge about supply chain operations -
- Excellent customer service skills - Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management -
- Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills -
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines -
- Understanding of financial concepts such as EBIT and working capital
