About the Company

Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring smooth execution of structural, architectural, and landscaping works.
Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and workers to deliver works on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and design queries.
Oversee basement excavation, structural construction, M&E coordination, and finishing works.
Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies across all site activities.
Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
Prepare and present site progress reports, incident documentation, and updates to management.
Support Project Manager on variation orders, claims, and contractual matters.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of site management experience in building or civil projects.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
