You come with:

Good to excellent written and spoken English skills
3 years of experience as a Site Manager in a BPO setup
Knowledge in relations management, communication, negotiation, change management, team management, writing reports, performance management
Willing to work in Iloilo City

Your day in Conectys:

Facilitates, directs, manages, and coordinates all site activities, including operations and support departments
Responsible for legal compliance, operational, financial, technical and program performance.
Coordinates the communication processes across site and assists with the escalation of problems
Makes recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency
Ensures optimum utilization of seats, optimizes all direct costs (e.g. workforce, connectivity etc.) and keeps them under control
Acts as company Spokesperson and Liaison Officer
