Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on-site and ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage and supervise all site personnel, including subcontractors, workers, and safety officers. Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety and quality standards in line with MOM, BCA, and other regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any issues that may affect project timelines or safety. Ensure that project timelines are met by coordinating work schedules, procurement, and resources effectively. Track project progress, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management and clients. Manage site budget, monitor project costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet financial targets. Handle any site-related issues, complaints, or conflicts in a professional and timely manner, finding solutions to minimize delays. Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, including work schedules, change orders, daily reports, and safety logs.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction, with at least 3 years of experience in managing HDB construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, site operations, and relevant regulations (MOM, BCA, etc.). Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and work under pressure. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficient in using construction management software and MS Office tools. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong focus on safety and quality assurance. * Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (e.g., Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction).
