Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Site Manager

to oversee our construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality standards.

What You'll Do

Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors. Interpret and implement civil/structural drawings and specifications. Plan, organize, and coordinate daily site activities. Ensure safety regulations are strictly enforced on site. Act as the key link between the site team, consultants, and Project Manager. Monitor progress, control resources, and resolve site issues. Ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of relevant site management experience in civil/road/structural works (experience in road work construction will be an advantage). Good knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
