Job Description

Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities. Plan, supervise, and coordinate project works to ensure smooth execution. Ensure high standards of work quality and compliance with design specifications. Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. Attend and participate in site meetings Monitor site progress, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions. Possess strong project management skills to ensure timely project completion. Prepare and raise Request for Information (RFI) to the main contractor where required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, especially in reinforced concrete (RC) structural works. Strong ability to control and drive site progress effectively. Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. * Sound knowledge of construction sequences, methods, principles, and relevant regulatory requirements.
