Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Site Manager
to oversee and coordinate our insulation projects exclusively for marine sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and manage daily site activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations. Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report to management. Manage manpower allocation and materials planning. Ensure quality control and timely completion of works. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in site management (Insulation in Marine Sector preferred). Familiar with Singapore's safety regulations and MOM requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and under pressure. Candidates with prior
Marine Shipyard experience
will be an added advantage.Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturdays: 8:00am - 1:00pm
