Planning and ensuring correct work sequences and procedures for daily site operations, including job site access;
Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of the project.
Managing workers and sub-contractors on site.
Liaising with main-con for any site-related submissions.
Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site.
Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule and within budget.
Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace and/or work processes, and minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
Ensure briefing/re-briefing of RA to workers/sub-contractors by the supervisor.
Implement necessary control measures to mitigate the unsafe work and prevent recurrence.
Maintain accurate project records and reports.
Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
