Supervise and coordinate the construction site to ensure daily site work targets are met.


Monitor site processes and resolve any issues to minimize downtime. Ensure that all safety and quality standards are adhered to. Provide guidance and training to site workers. Implement and enforce operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Prepare and maintain project reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a construction Supervisor . Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High school or equivalent. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
