Duties and Responsibilities Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations projects and construction site operation, including planning and cost control Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on the project matters Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-cons on the project related matters Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those risen during the project execution Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard Ensure safety & compliance of work on site Update the project quality plan as and when appropriateSkills and Qualifications At least 3 years of similar capacity relevant working experience Ability to understand and interpret Civil & Structural drawings BCSS and Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance (Prefer) Relevant safety certificates and qualifications, such as Safety Coordinator Certificate, will be an added advantage AnalyzeStructural drawings, records and plan. Show creative problem-solving. Analyze Structural drawings. Show strong attention to detail. Business management skills Verbal communication skills
