Job Description


he candidate ‘s core role is only apply to following

  • Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties
  • Ensure restaurant’s environment are ready for service to carry dishwashing cleaning services
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use
  • Communicate service needs to chefs and service crews
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Perform service according to company service standards
  • Ensure staff uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Check on staff punctuality and discipline
He will be deployed to our client places as a assistant site supervisor for consulting their operation flows and serivices for cleaning services
